HM-WT4232 Automatic Frame Assembling Machine is an automatic equipment for assembling the frame process of the premium boxes. HM-WT4232 adopts servo control system and automatic positioning system.It can automatically spray glue, spot greyboard, feed greyboard, lift boxes,stick side frame and form box.
The glue spray and the conveyor are driven by servos which have a continuously variable transmission, with high accuracy, easy adjustment, and less time consumption. The new hook box system replaces the traditional conveyor belt mode, and it can make the transmission more precise and smoothy and saves time, which is Hongming’s patent. The feeder unit adopts anew type of flap structure, which is accurate, smoothy and fast. The side frame unit adopts self-developed rotary folding into the secondary pressing structure to achieve a more uniform edge fit and a flatter appearance.
