The HM-WZ430 Box Side-Wall Assembly Machine is our company’s latest innovation, utilizing servo control technology to achieve precise positioning. This model supports computer-based parameter configuration, allowing for easy adjustment, and features integrated fault alarm and automatic shutdown functions. The machine is primarily designed for the glue application and assembly processes between the box base and its side walls.
The equipment consists mainly of a glue spraying unit, a side-wall assembly unit, an intermittent box-tray unit, a side-wall conveying unit, a pneumatic system, and an electrical control system. It automatically executes a sequence of operations—including glue application to the box base, side-wall assembly, and side-wall pressing—offering simple operation as well as stable and efficient performance. This machine is ideally suited for the automated production of both integrated “lid-and-base” style boxes and single-piece boxes requiring side-wall assembly.
