The HM-TZ430 Rigid Box Assembly Machine is an automated system specifically designed for assembling hinged-neck rigid boxes.
This machine employs a mechanism featuring roller brushes to assist in applying side labels to the lid, simultaneous opening of both lid sides, central tape application, and an intermittent gripping and conveying mode for the box bodies.
The machine is easy to operate, runs stably, and offers exceptionally high production efficiency. The entire unit is centrally controlled by a PLC, and all operational parameters can be configured via a touchscreen interface.
