Automatic Collapsible Box Assembly Machine (5& 7boards with manual paper lining) HM-1000E/1200E/1400E

This machine is specially developed by our company for collapsible box. It is suitable for collapsible box wings assembly and side board assembly. It can also assemble
closure box (replace the feeding module). The main machine is flexible and multi-purpose, meeting the needs of different situations.

Features and function:

1. Adopting a downward suction structure to solve the problem of double or multiple hard cover feeding and prevent it from scratching.
2. Gluing is controlled by servo motor, which makes the glue spraying more accurate. The flexible line of spraying glue can be set freely on the screen according to product needs. Optional hot and cold double glue system to make the product more viscous and anti-opening.
3. Adopting a four working-station lifting platform structure, one person can complete the feeding of the case and side wings, and the non-stop operation saves labor and improves efficiency. For closure box production, it can be assembled by replacing the wings feeding module with an conveyor belt. The main machine structure is universal.
4. Positioning is controlled by Japanese Panasonic servo motor, which makes the positioning more precise.
5. The universal mold is used to adjust the size, and there is no need to make the upper mold. Automatic glue painting, the shape is 4 triangles, and the folding box is automatically formed after glue painting. The mold support makes the folding forming more standard, which can save 5 labors.
